What Do I Do?
I believe my
family member needs the care that Crystal Bluffs provides.
What is the process for Admission? What do I do next?
First, have a
discussion with your family member's primary care physician. The physician
will identify and document your family member's specific care needs.
Admission to Crystal Bluffs requires a doctor's written care order.
Second, call our Admissions Director at (252) 726-0031 to arrange a meeting and
receive a tour of our facility. Our Admissions Director can answer all the
questions you may have about Long Term Care and Crystal Bluffs. We
will also be glad to show you our facility and introduce you to some of the
people directly involved in caring for our residents.
Assistance with
Reimbursements
As a total
healthcare provider, one of our key roles is resident advocacy. Crystal Bluffs is committed to insuring that you receive all of your entitled
healthcare benefits. We work closely with families to explore every possible
reimbursement option, and accept payment from a variety of sources,
